How to Book
We want to make the booking process as stress free as possible, we therefore offer a number of ways to book with us.
Whether your booking our Ultimate Adventure Thames boat trip, the Canary Wharf Thames River Cruise, Thames boat charter or the Thames Barrier Tour by river there are the following booking options:

The favourite, our main hourly trips can all be booked online. If we don’t have the availability you require, please call us and we will see if we can put on more trips to accommodate your booking.
We have tried to make this as fast as possible and condensed the process down so it’s pretty quick. Please ensure when booking online you provide a telephone number on which you are contactable on your day of sailing.

Our office at the London Eye is staffed from 10am to 6pm 7 days a week by a team of exceptionally experienced booking staff, that can’t wait to hear from you.
We would be happy to help you formulate ideas to book a private charter for your family outing, office party, stag event, pirate party, river/restaurant extravagance and answer any questions or concerns you have.
All our Thames boat charters must be booked by telephone or e-mail.

In person
Many of our corporate customers prefer to meet face to face, if you would like to make an appointment to come in and make arrangements for your corporate event, however large or small please call the number above,.
Vouchers
We also offer our experiences as gift vouchers which make the perfect present for anybody.
They are valid for one year from date of purchase and are made up individually allowing you to add any message you would like to add ‘Happy Birthday Jack, lots of love Mum & Dad’.
All the lucky recipient has to do is call the telephone number on the voucher and book up a time that suits quoting the voucher number and thanks to you they're set for a fantastic memorable experience with London RIB Voyages.
